high volume of requests, please allow up to 48 hours
(two business days) for a phone or e-mail reply.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Paypal (online payment),
as payment. All orders will only be shipped to confirmed
addresses only. All orders must be pre-paid unless
other payment terms are pre-arranged with approved
credit. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee.
Michigan residents and pick up orders are subject to a 6% sales tax
Your order will be shipped upon receiving payment,
unless other arrangements have been made. Shipping
and Insurance are additional on each item unless otherwise
specified. Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery
available upon request for an additional charge. We
ship anywhere - please contact us for more information
on shipping for specific locations / items. We insure
all shipments, for the replacement value unless buyer
instructs us otherwise. All orders in the continental
US are shipped ground, unless express delivery is
specified and paid for by the customer. International
customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
We will not do 2nd and 3rd party billing for shipping
or freight charges.
New Parts: All new parts
are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
Never Run Parts: SMC
Performance, Inc. Guarantees that all NEVER RUN part(s)
to be 100% functional at time of receipt. If a problem
is found with a part, SMC Performance, Inc. will repair
or replace at our descretion. If an equal part(s)
is not available, SMC Performance, Inc. will refund
the original purchase price, plus all shipping charges.
These Parts DO NOT carry any guarantee or warranty
by the original manufacturer.
Take Off/Used parts:
SMC Performance, Inc. will guarantee the condition
of the part(s) to the customer's satisfaction at time
of receipt. If parts are not to customer's satisfaction,
SMC Performance, Inc. will refund the total purchase
price. Part(s) condition can vary, so please clarify
condition of part(s) needed at time of purchase.
Core parts: Not usable
in present condition. Electrical and mechanical part(s)
may need to be repaired, re-machined, or re-built
to be functional. Power train Control Modules (PCM/ECU)
will need to be programmed with the vehicles information
before using. SMC Performance, Inc. guarantees all
core parts can be rebuilt, or will refund or exchange
item(s).

SMC Performance, Inc. reserves the right to change
pricing without prior notice.
Returns:
Product(s) Returnable within 30 days, and are subject
to a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns on special ordered
items. No refunds after 30 days.
